Death is inherently neither a right nor an escape option, when you die, YOU dont really escape anything,ya maybe the cops via suicide or physical pain/illness but no one escapes death,It is as natural as life itself. If you look at death in terms of personal rights,ya I suppose that it should be under the right circumstances this being A right to end your own suffering, assisting someone to commit suicide is a bit more controversial yet its controversy stemming from the lack of understanding and empathy of the dying persons request, but if I knew someone that asked for my help in such a way and I took the judgement upon myself to clearly see the persons suffering I would do it.I suppose it comes down to what you believe death will do for you in the final state and deciding if your truely ready for it or not.I do personaly believe that death should come naturaly, but I also take into account that it wont always happen that way.
