a few of my plants leaves at the bottom are yellowing it looks to me as if it is a nitro deficiency. but could it be because its flowering? its only 24 dayz into flowering. ive flushed and used a bit of blood meal but the yellowing hasent seem to go away or get better.

also there seems to be a lot of red stems on some of its branches. is this a problem?

thanks in advance +rep for help on every thing

Stop Worrying.

As you go through the Flowering Cycle, the lower leaves naturally wilt, yellow and fall off.

I have had problems with red stems too. But it hasnt affected the end result, so imo nothing to worry about. The yellowing leaves, personally i just let them fall off naturally.

you can add a little nitrogen in your flowering stage. sometimes i throw in some mexican bat guano 10-2-1 with my big bloom to slow the nitro deficiency down.

yea, you can pull them off if they are over 50% dead.

I just don't know about those red stems..I don't have a clue.

wait until they die or they just fall off when u give em a lil tug cuz until they are completely yellow they are still feeding the plants. The reason they turn from green to yellow is the nutrients and stuff in the leafs begins to drain and feed the plant, so when they die, they have given all their energies to the plant, before then though they could still help the plant a bit. just for thought.
