Should i cut these stems?

I think im dealing with partial root rot, some of the flowers are healthy but couple are damaged. And only one of the clones have same problem
I think i have clue what gone wrong, im using fabric pots, a week aho i noticed it was slightly tilted, so i think water accumulated one that side ( damaged stems are on that side)
should i cut off these stems (4-5) or should i leave it alone?

i had cold temp problem but recently bought oil radiator, temp got upto 23-26 celsius lights on and 18-22 lights off but humidity went up to 60%, i turn off light from 10 am to 10 pm should i reverse this?
Can it be boron deficincy, i know its rare but pics look same, does boron def show on only part of the plant?

Need some more info on what/when you're feeding them.
Looks like they have run out of food.

i flushed them on 28th january with phed water before that i was feeding with ripen 4ml/liter (fed them twice)
i have other strains in same tent but they dont have problems. this strain : think fast (dutch passion ) seems to be problematic strain.
i fed them with ripen 4ml/liter yesterday (i added 1ml of floramicro also in 5 liter container)

Of its really rot then let it dry out and add peroxide to the next feed. Looks too far gone both into flower and into the problem to recover in a meaningful way

can it be boron deficiency ? i kinda saw similar pics on dutch passion deficiency guide page

it does not seem to spread to healthy stems
