honestly there is too many people on the earth to control shit like this. It is already so far out of hand that there really is no end in sight. unless.....

There has been many words in the history of mankind that meant the same thing, and some are derrogatory and others are not.
I know of one that has cause alot of pain for many people, it is one that was used for African Americans.

They just want to live a good life just like you and me.

It is not all about advancing civilization. If that was the case, what about diabetics, heart disease, all of which are genetic.
Should we not allow them to breed. Are you completely without genetic flaw. I know I am not.

They are beautiful souls that deserve a good life, whether they are able to contribute or not.
I know of a place close to me that employs mentally handicapped people, and you would be suprised how much they can contribute.

Can I trade in the term retard for 'munga munga' -- that's the sound they make when they rock back and forth.

I was at a house once with the retards, one of them went to the bathroom, didn't fully close the door, and fired off the loudest empty bowl fart I have ever heard. I couldn't stop laughing, my stomach hurt from laughing so hard. The normal folks were thinking I was laughing directly at the retard, but I wasn't I was laughing at his empty bowl fart. It was like a loud fart thru a megaphone... it fucking shook the walls.

In all honesty I feel for handicap people.
They sometimes teach us lessons in life.

I helped out a group who would help out older autistic people. I actually felt for them.
They were all forced to participate in things they CLEARLY didn't want to do. They were smart enough to know that if they didn't participate, the helpers would finish everything for them.
This one guy I had to help really didn't want to be there. He looked at me and I knew right away, it was all in the body language.
After asking him a couple questions with no response I said
"you really don't want to do this, do you" and then came the big smile.
So I didn't even bother trying to get him to do it, unlike how everybody else who thought talking to them like a child and forcing them to do things would be 'helping'.
Plus this guy did not say a word, I knew he could talk cause I actually got a couple words out of him but he was pleased with me just asking simple yes or no questions.
I kinda felt bad for him, he wasn't able to actually speak up for himself.
Then we all sang songs after and people actually were trying to make him sing. He clearly doesn't want to. leave the man alone

I went to a very big and affluent school district. Out of the 12 elementary schools my school was the only one that housed the mentally-disabled. I have been around the mentally-disabled all my life. Firstly I have seen that the majority of them do recognize and relate emotional feelings such as love. I believe the majority of them are able to carry on simple but true relationships with each other. This does include sex. Sex, such as the majority of these people, is simple and primordial in nature. Lastly sex is simple, the log goes in the hole. Child-rearing is not simple. I believe the mentally disabled could show true emotions for their children but in todays world not properly take care of them. So to sum it up in Leyman's terms Sex yes Procreation No.
