A quote from the Mendecino county sheriff in the SacBee article. For those of you who don't know, a sheriff is a LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT person.

The county restricts medicinal growers to 25 plants per property but allows residents with 5 acres or more to apply for special permits to grow a maximum of 99 plants.

"I would clearly say that what Matt Cohen was doing was in full compliance with our ordinance. And he was not violating Proposition 215," the California medical marijuana law "under the interpretation we have," Allman said.

How hard is it for you to investigate stuff on your own. Are you afraid that you might find something that contradicts your fanboy admiration of Obama?

Why would you choose to ignore article after article in the press about the DEA crackdown? Why would you not simply look at all the federal busts and think to yourself, "why have the local authorities not arrested anybody here if they were in violation of local and state laws, there is something fishy going on here"? Why is it not glaringly obvious to you that all of this federal action is simply an intimidation tactic used against the voters and the local politicians and law enforcement?

He's not ignoring anything, he is perfectly aware of it. He does this over and over - asking for evidence of the obvious. He seems to think he is empowered by, what in his mind, is making others run around doing his bidding finding links for him. We've seen that schtick lots of times before.

OK, I'm a man of my word, I said provide me with proof, I gave strict parameters, you still succeeded. I am now convinced that the federal government is targeting state compliant dispensaries. This gives a lot more weight to the other reports that you linked as well which did not cite anecdotal evidence.

Now is where I defer to the stance I have long had, FUCK the dispensaries. Shut them all down imo, I vehemently oppose a cannabis industry and want supply put directly into the hands of citizen growers.

However, this wasn't a charade, as a med student, I want to know If I personally will get arrested for prescribing, or if any of my patients will subsequently be arrested. I am convinced neither will happen as even these dispensary businessmen did not do any time.

In breaking news, President Obama underwent a colonoscopy early this morning. Doctors were initially worried when they found two polyps just a bit above the presidents tight sphincter.

David Axelrod was called in to consult and told the doctors, "Don't worry, those aren't polyps, that's Unclebuck and Abandonconflict, The president will pass them harmlessly down the crapper just after the first Tuesday in November".

Finally, something you and I agree on. Fuck the dispensaries, they are part of the cartel! They are built on the misery of the 850000 people arrested in the US for cannabis violations.

i also think that one of the resons this country is falling behind in the race is because they had a 8 cylender car

You realize we bought slaves off of other blacks right? Tribes used to go to war and they would take the defeated as slaves then they sold them to the whites.

It takes a certain type to even say such a thing on a forum like this. No-one believes anything that sounds like a boast. A real med student would be smart enough to understand that, and he would never post it.
