the overall policy was to lower the priority of MMJ, same stance that rosenblum, who you heap praise on, takes.

and i just laugh my ass off at your expectation and subsequent butthurtness that the president is going to do our work for us.

This is as close as the article ever comes to naming even ONE SINGLE FUCKING CASE of state compliant patients, dispensaries or doctors getting busted.

I am convinced that you CAN NOT find such evidence because it does not exist. Believe me, I am looking.

I understand what the op was saying but he presented it wrong. In answer to his question and to summarize his meanings; no, we should not have enslaved blacks or any other race, period. Although because we did, and then subsequently stopped enslaving people, we gave their offspring and future generations opportunity to succeed which they may have not had if slavery was never enstilled.

The president could remove cannabis from the controlled substances act this afternoon and end federal involvement in federal cannabis prohibition today. Leave it to the states. If your state wants to put you in prison for the rest of your life for smoking a joint that is their business, not the feds.
