If you bother to read the Holder memo, which I quoted, you will realize that it is not possible to "violate" it.

I'm no fan of war. The Iraq war ended on the time table that Bush established and it only ended because the Iraqis refused to establish a status of forces agreement with the US, so that is not an Obama accomplishment.

The news papers and blogs are filled with the Obama crackdown on state-legal medical operations, so I won't rehash it. The Holder memo that everybody quotes as Obama's deference to state law end with this paragraph:

I understand what the op was saying but he presented it wrong. In answer to his question and to summarize his meanings; no, we should not have enslaved blacks or any other race, period.
