A patient/grower was telling me the BorderPatrol dropped by to let him know they know his grow rights and card are going to expire prior to his harvest and best renew...even though he will not have grow on his new card....he'd best stay legal if he wants to harvest
....

yeah, me too...but if the BP don't know I have a grow, they are blind. I am outdoors and they fly over at least a dozen times a day. I don't give the helis much thought any more....mind you, I do not wave at them as they are going by...but....
they prolly see my garden more and more often than I do.

most likely they would refer the case to local authorities, leo. unless you are a safe house or something for smugglers the BP doesnt give a shit about you. this does not mean that the officers on patrol wont be talking about your grow at the local watering hole over their end of the day poison and in small towns info spreads quick. just cause your legal does not mean you should tell anybody about your grow.

I'm in and will help all I can! I live out of the 25 mile zone. I still back you brother! You no far more about this than I do. IMO AZ has been against MM from the start! They drug their feet making amendments and trying their best to ruin it for people like us. I don't even have my card yet, waiting till state makes it mind up. I quote AZ when they pounded their chest a stated "We will never be like CA. & their MM laws! So they just make it so difficult for people who need these MEDS. I've got a friend with MM card, living with in 25 miles and her card states she can grow! Was this issued before they made their amendments about the dispensary? THANKS for all your hard work! We got your BACK!!
