Hard to imagine actually winning with the attorney you chose. I sure hope I am wrong though.

Wow, are you this much of an optimist in real life?
We are moving right along with the lawsuit! Huurraay!! From 08-15-13 the State/Department has 20 days (not sure if it is business days or calendar days) to file a response to our claim. The judge will review the facts and decide if granting an injunction is needed. Which we are certain it will be granted or at least have high hopes it will be granted! Where we are today in this battle is very important to getting on the surface of the water and staying afloat.
Need help with written and/or in-person testimony...
We are looking for anyone or many people with knowledge of growing, costs of growing, info on crop failure, notes, start up costs, costs per month, costs per ounce, so on... You can either help in the form of a written testimony or in person testimony. If you would like to help with either written or in person testimony please get in contact with me at [email protected] | Anyone that wants to help with in person testimony will need to go down to our legal teams office and go over things prior to any and all hearing we will need you in.
If you know someone that would be interested in helping the cause pass the information along!
Can't help with testimony....
You can help by contributing to the cause. We are in need of quite a bit of support! We have already given the legal team $10k and we are excepting a $5k contribution within the next week. Please show your support by contributing to the lawsuit. If you can't contribute be sure to share it with your friends and family.

Thanks AZ
why does the cost per ounce and what not have to go into testimony? to show its far cheaper to grow your own?
...and even factoring crop failure...I have grasshoppers bad...lost ~50%, my cost/oz still throws the curve way off.
I imagine you already thought of this but I just wanted to point out another topic to mention is the quality. When you mention the $250 ounces at the dispensary, you should also explain that even the average beginning home grower will produce meds that are far FAR better than the crap that the dispensary has for 250, even on their first grow. The quality of a bud is largely an opinion so I'm not sure how you easy it would be to prove this to the court, but the quality of low-priced dispensary bud is pretty much universally held as horrid
i'm reading the dhs newsletter.
they are telling us to be very careful how we injest pot and they say this to people in old folks homes:
Housing facilities (like nursing homes and hospices) can place reasonable restrictions on residents’ use of medical marijuana. This includes requiring that marijuana be taken in a way other than smoking.
lol
i did less paperwork and jumped through fewer hoops to get a secret clearance in the military than i'll have to do to get my card renewed.
they hate us.
they shit on us.
they will drag this nonsense out for years if not decades.
and they know there isn't a fucking thing we can do about it.
