Hiya lads new to the forum just after abit of help, would a 10inch 2500 tornado box fan out take with a 6 inch 1500 tornado box fan intake be powerful enough to keep temp right with 6-8 600watt hps lights?
This isn't enough information for using 3600-4800 W of HID light. Are they in air cooled hoods. Also what's your lung room or ambient temps. How are you routing the air?Hiya lads new to the forum just after abit of help, would a 10inch 2500 tornado box fan out take with a 6 inch 1500 tornado box fan intake be powerful enough to keep temp right with 6-8 600watt hps lights?
Hey mate thanks for the reply, they are normal hps 600watt lights not air cooled, I have 6 lights on all on 250 wt whilst in veg as it keeps my humidity high around 80, I’ve just flipped to 12/12 and turned the lights upto 400watt each, temps 24c atm as I have my box fan turned right down just on abit to keep the humidity up, but when I turn them upto 600watt I want to know the out take and intake will be able to handle it, with 6-8 600watt lights on,full power aswell as the box fan turned right up new to the game sorry if I sound dumbThis isn't enough information for using 3600-4800 W of HID light. But my guess is you're going to need an air conditioner. The question is what size.
Don't worry about sounding dumb. We all begin at the beginning. I think you're going to need A/C. I ran one 1000W HPS in an air cooled hood with the hot air vented outside the grow and my canopy would often be in the 90s during the summer and I'd always have a few days where my canopy hit 105 and I'd shut down the light and that was a 8 x 11 room for comparison.Hey mate thanks for the reply, they are normal hps 600watt lights not air cooled, I have 6 lights on all on 250 wt whilst in veg as it keeps my humidity high around 80, I’ve just flipped to 12/12 and turned the lights upto 400watt each, temps 24c atm, but when I turn them upto 600watt I want to know the out take and intake will be able to handle it, with 6-8 600watt lights on, new to the game sorry if I sound dumb
