Here in Campbell County, Va, I've encountered several fine growers in Va on various forums and Instagram. Many of the pics of my varieties were provided by them. I'd wager that Va is no different than any region: solid cats and wankers abound - you just have to sift through the noise if that's what you choose to do.

I don't even know where Campbell County is! I bet it is a better place to grow than here. I can't get any work in now.

Skunk#1, this particular line exists and my photos document that. I don't mind that people have joined the discussion with their thoughts on whatever. Skunk has a positive up high but smoke enough and it has an indica tail that can lay you out.
I've got a good amount of strains to sift thru many of my own. I wish I could disappear in Campbell County where the weed grows thick and fat. I know where Campbell County is now. Looks like a prime location to grow. Wonder what latitude it's on in relation to the Santa Cruz mountains in Cali.

i wouldent buy a seed from gypsy, he used to devide rooms up with bed sheets to create rooms within a big room, a ,male with fan on him, then ladys around him, and the cross polination didn't stop there. he now uses fields devided up and with the same kind of set up, a bunch of females and males. wind cross polination is concerning too.
or has he changed to become a propper seed producer??????????????????

Worse than that he also used to employ a bent ex copper in the seed shop in London they used to have I wouldn't trust gypsy at all honestly if you want the same line the pure seedsman has it as skunk1 regs

I haven't bought any seeds from him. The Skunk I have came from the freebies the Skunkman gave away there. I just made some aromatic hash that has me blazed!

Just made hash from trim. Farmers Daughter and Skunk #1. Rocking. I used a method I made up in 2016 called Shake and Bake. Freeze it, put it in bubble bag, shake over glass. Easy peasy. The best time to do it is in the dead of winter when it is dry and cold and you can do it outside at night to really put the freeze on it for best quality.IMG_20241104_124359.jpg

Not many people have heard of that old Texas acid band. I had a bootleg once.There's a lot of knowledge here and things I can learn.
Just curious, do you know the story of the Thai smuggling ring around 1987-88? That was insane weed and possibly tainted with opiates. I saw a Readers Digest that had a story in it about a freightor of Thai weed busted off the coast of Oregon and that was the end of it- people were arrested. It was in High Times Trans Market quotations all over the country for over a year or two. That was the end of it.
It was such a huge undertaking to smuggle that killer herb. Who were those people? The best batch was the first I saw in 1987. The chocolate. After that it was all what I called the fruity. Beautiful complex terps. Those people were awesome to turn us on to that pot. Best commercial I ever scored by far. And relatively cheap too.

Yeah the 13th floor elevators shoulda been bigger we can thank the authorities for that one it's sad but quite a few older bands went that way also the pretty things they were the first rock band to do alot of things first yet hardly anyone remembers em as for Thai stick there is a film coming out there is already a book out on it also most of it was actually coming from Laos bordering Thailand as well as from isan and from near udon thani and vettiane province etc idk if I spelling it right you get me tho lol

I read alot of the Thai stick came from Laos. I never had the stick. But the bud was stick quality. You have a real depth of knowledge about genetics and so forth. I just sprouted a Canuck Blueberry freebie for fun. The seedling is fat and squat and looks good. Can you tell me anything about this one? I read the potency isn't high. I'm looking for terps and old school bag appeal.
Just looked at my seeding...I can already tell this cultivar needs a lighter touch on ferts. Not much and a teaspoon of castings gave my second set of leaves a little reverse plasmolysis burn. I'm going on one photo I saw that showed the potential and it was reported as having good trichome coverage. I have plenty in my collection and just grabbed this one over the new, I figured if they are going to attract customers with one seed...it must be something of quality. But who knows?

Idk about there blueberry in particular but if it's from DJ stock it's hopefully from older stock cos the old one is the best one it's nice but it's not super potent imo it's all about the taste kinda like Cali o is too nice effects but no day ender or anything super racy anyway Ime the blueberry does prefer lighter feeds it also can have weird looking plants mutants and herms but the good ones are what make it worth it hopefully yours turns out good

Here's a pair of Farmers Daughter budstick clones IMG_20241109_010627.jpgIMG_20241109_010733.jpgI grew for kicks in one gallon pots. Strong burnt rubber aroma. No lemon lime. Larfy small dense nugs.

The blueberry is a cross. An indica of some sort. The seedling has strong indica traits and I saw a streak of variegation. I'm going with it. I hope Canuck puts out this one seed as a mark of quality. All I really care about for this is terps and bag appeal. The buzz was described as euphoric. That also is what I seek.

Well the varigation is a good sign even if it's a cross it means there is more chance it's the older line they used to make it yeah it should be chilled and europhoric kinda smoke
