So after 7 days of curing in jars, my buds are being to smell pretty good
the chemdawg has a really nice sweet smell and the sour og is coming along nice also

wow is all i can say. reading ahead must have helped, that was a great first grow! hope mine can go as well. got my seeds, got my cabinet, got my blackstar led, was just worried about smell and was shopping for carbon filter but i might just start my grow earlier than i planned if you think that gonzo can contain smell! Hope my first grow is half as good as yours! +REP!

Let me know how the LED grow works out for ya, im thinking about starting growing, and considering going straight to LEDs perhaps.

*hi5* well done homie! im a first time cfl grower myself, ill def have to upgrade mine to get those results! ill be looking forward to the LED grow! hows their potency? they look great!

im also on CFL's. i dont think my plant is doing so hot, wish i had a camera to post pics.Mine is pretty much in its 3rd week so i know i shouldnt be tripping but mine just doesnt look as bushy or tall or long/brancy as yours does. I have 2 42watt cfl bulbs (1soft white,1daylight) about 4 inches above the plant, and another 2 cfl's to the side going 24/7.
Should I think about switching the light schedule on them? could that be why more leaves arent growing as fast?
(im in roots organic soil, fox farms tri, ph kit/distilled water. 80*, 58%humid. havent flushed soil yet)

potency was pretty good, it was the dankest bud i ever had but i was definitely happy with the results.....its all gone now by the way...lol
sorry for the late response, i dont check on this thread to often because i have a current thread going but anyways............im growing hydro so im guessing thats why my girls seem to grow faster, but im just guessing....could be the strain maybe...try posting some pics

I have been researching LED's for a little bit and I was lost with what to do until I found your journal. Today is payday and I ordered the Blackstar LED light solely on your journal. When I am toke a bowl of my first LED bud I will smoke it in your honor!
