for those of you saying i shouldve taken pictures...it would of just looked like another star! a video would've worked, but I was kinda mesmerized and didn't even consider taking this thing out of my sights. tonight i'm gonna go out to the same place and maybe I'll see it again and try to tape it. I remember the exact location in the sky...and I'm pretty shocked at how open people are...I assumed all I would hear is bullshit and liar. either way I'll post if I see anything again later tonight...unless I get abducted...lol. knock on wood...

DUDE!!!! swear on my family's last name that i saw this same shit a few months ago...i was on a rode trip threw the middle of the U.S so i wasn't on any drugs....we stoped to get something to eat just as it was getting dark and you could just see the stars, well, me and my wife stayed outside to smoke cig's while the rest of the family whent inside to get the food...well i just happin to look up and see this light (looked 100% the same as the other star's around it, same size about the same brightness) and all of a sudden it was zig zagging back and forth in the sky, like super super fast, no air craft in the world can move like this, like one11 said, it would move from point a to point b in a split second..i dont care what anyone says, UFO are real, me and my wife saw it with are own eyes!!!!

"I WANT TO BELIEVE"

A black budget is a budget that is secretly collected from the overall income of a country, a corporation, a society of any form, a national department, and so on. A black budget usually covers expenses related to military research. The budget is kept secret for national security reasons.
Philip Schneider claimed that the alleged "Dulce Base" in the U.S. state of New Mexico is run by such a budget. Many other programs such as Area 51 in Groom Lake, Nevada, and many experimental or covert military programs as well are said to be run by black budgets.[attribution needed]
The United States Department of Defense has a black budget it uses to fund expenditures, called black projects, it does not want to disclose publicly. The annual cost of the United States Department of Defense black budget was estimated at $32 billion in 2008 but was increased to an estimated $50 billion in 2009.

It is up to 57 billion for 2011 already. We know this because the government by the constitution must tell us we are spending money one but the project names are often missing

So with 50 billion dollars a year i hope they made an aircraft that can do that already
