MMAR patients were told they can only have 150 gram carry. ooops... maximum minimum...So much for "maximum" 150 gram carry....
I don't think they ever required us to carry a minimum of 150 grams
Till Haptlers last fucking breath!just kinda makes ya wonder....what they're gonna come up with next. At our expense!!!!!
I wonder what it's going to take, for them to realize they are loosing the battle... that shouldn't be a battle in the first place.
I dunno...when the mmpr is struck down in Feb., I imagine some form of the mmar will be in play for a specified time while the government devises a new scheme. The problem for Harper, and the ace-in -the-hole for us, is he only has about 7 months from then before his ass is voted out. I can't see a whole lot of focus being put on mmj, when they are fighting for their political lives against a party and population that favours an end to prohibition. It's going to get interesting!just kinda makes ya wonder....what they're gonna come up with next. At our expense!!!!!

I doubt now they can scrap the mmpr or the LP's......many ppl actually need these LP's for medication even if it is shitty meds.Hopefully we don't have to wait till February. Maybe the Supreme Court will see through the bs HC and the conservitives are selling and scrap the mmpr. A guy can only dream about this for now but it is looking like Johns going to have the upper hand if it goes to court in February. Kick some conservitive ass John
Peace
Oh ya chalk another one up for potheads everywhere lol
No way the MMPR will be scrapped lol, either they decide to just leave it like it is now (unlikely) or they will keep the MMPR and also allow small personal grows or something, and perhaps those who want a personal production license go through a procedure to get licensedI doubt now they can scrap the mmpr or the LP's......many ppl actually need these LP's for medication even if it is shitty meds.
So sign up to a compassion club soon for emergency backup!!!!!!!!!
the ones producing garbage year after year will definitely drop off the map, but anyone doing a good job should be fine... once the country goes fully legal, LP's are in a gold mineYa LPs wont go anywhere but you will see some drop off the map, if the LP system goes down HC is going to be sued and tied up in court for the next 10 years.
Hmmm...with the reputation they are currently building for themselves, once people are given an option I think the LP's future looks more like a coal mine.No way the MMPR will be scrapped lol, either they decide to just leave it like it is now (unlikely) or they will keep the MMPR and also allow small personal grows or something, and perhaps those who want a personal production license go through a procedure to get licensed

Really? It was also fair for me to say a medical need could be used successfully as a defense. And it has. I provided precedent and examples of compassion clubs operating in this gray market .Can you provide evidence to prove your assumptions that there is no carry limit, or is your opinion just more valid, well, cause you're you? You were quick to jump to the defense of marijejane and the Maritime Moron accusing me of risking peoples liberty by posting my views, yet you turn around and do the exact same thing?Just gonna bring this back to the 150g question.
The 150 gram personal possession limit as imposed by section 5(c) of the MMPR shall apply with respect to applicable licences as I was unconvinced that the Applicants would suffer irreparable
harm as a result of the imposition of this limit until trial. From Allard
The MMPR Regs the Allard decision references:
5. An individual who obtains dried marihuana for their own medical purposes or for those of another individual for whom they are responsible must not possess a quantity of dried marihuana that exceeds the least of the following amounts:
Because true extracts with no "dried marihuana" in them do not fall under the same category under the CDSA that the MMPR exempts patients from, its fair to say you can argue there is no carry limit for extracts/derivatives.
- (a) in the case of dried marihuana obtained from a licensed producer, 30 times the daily quantity referred to in paragraph 129(1)(d);
- (b) in the case of dried marihuana obtained from a hospital by or for an out-patient, 30 times the daily quantity referred to in subparagraph 65.2(c)(iii) of the Narcotic Control Regulations; and
- (c) 150 g.
