Except you're wrong, you've slipped into government speak and flashed the depth of your indoctrination again.

A contract is a formality of an agreement between people. In order for there to be an agreement, a given proposal would be known and endorsed by both parties. If one party doesn't agree but the other party acts as if they do anyway, that isn't a contract, it is a kind of uni-lateral edict.

If one party decides the terms and the other has no choice but to accept the terms, calling that a "contract" is very "unsocial" behavior wouldn't you say?

You seem intent on declaring that I receive some kind of disability. That is a spurious assertion, it would be like me saying something rude about you having some kind of loving relationship with your German Shepherd dogs when we both know that your German Shepherd dogs don't love you.

So what your saying is you believe a group of people who call themselves "government" have the right to put pre-conditions on property they don't own and forcibly keep them in place to sell people services they don't want, don't agree to and don't use and that is an acceptable way to conduct business?

Can you or I do those things to other people ? Would it be wrong if you or I did those things? How does a thing wrong for you or I to do, become right for other people to do? What occurs ?
