soaking root ball in hot just before harvesting.

I was told by someone that when harvesting i should remove the plant clean off the root ball and soak it in hot water for the max thc level. Has anyone heard of this or is it just bull shit.

never heard of it, but i'll give it an 'I' for imagination
doubt it would do much good, but made me sit back and think for a minute
i'm guessing the idea is to force sap from the root to the buds

I'll second bullshit. If anything, I think doing that would increase your drying time, since the plant would soak up more water.
