Thanks. I was going to do my best to keep the soil on the roots as best as I can. I will definitely try a spoon or ladle!

Well it kinda is common among folks who grow in beds and no-tillers. Once I drove past a field in southern Ontario and they literally had what looked to be a million plants in one bed. It was 50 acre hempfield. Lol
However if you use 15 gallons for 1 plant, it doesn't mean you can grow 2 plants to the same size in 15 gallons. 30 would work. Limited growing medium is obviously an issue for all involved.

Here's the progress.
Did a minor replanting. Now nothing has more than 2 in the large pots.
Culled the smallest Jenkees (2 are now gone with the wind)
Front 2 are chick magnet

No. Currently they are in 70% coco/30% roots organic soil.
Yesterday I added a small amount of the BU's blend to the top. Maybe 1/2inch or less as a top dress. I know the coco/ soil blend will eventually run lean for nutrition. If this wasn't a good idea I can remove it tomorrow.
Still a newbie so any advice really helps. That coco and soil blend was a game changer so far.

My only advice is to try and run that mix as a living soil.
adopt a watering routine, something like3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
no run off
Give the plants 5-10% of their pot size I.e. 15gal gets 1gal every watering etc
also snag a microbe drench
Don’t wast time making compost tea
Snag rootwise and or recharge and mammoth p
stick to your watering schedule and give them a microbe drench every week. They need time, it’s going to take a few weeks before they balance out and are able to settle in.
You can still save them it will just take more time. I suspect two weeks

No repotting was fine, they may have a little stress and settle in time. But I’d still recommend grabbing a microbe drench.
do u use tap to water? If so what’s it’s ph and ppm plain?

I use filtered tapwater.
Zero water filter.
Previous ppm was like 350ish
PH here is just about 6.5. Plus or minus 0.1ish
Current soil in pots
Is 70/30 coco/soil.
2 pots have the thin top layer of bu's blend. On top of the 70/30.
Watering schedule has been about when the pots start feeling light.
Microbes are great white mykos.

When they are light it’s too dry for living soil. They should keep a stable 50-75% water content in order to keep the microbiology alive. That’s where the watering every other day at 5-10% pot volume and giving them two days off on the weekend comes into play in keeping your soil alive and able to properly manage ph, and nutrient/root exchange

I think 2 or 3 gallon.
Tent is 2x2x4.
Lots of training ahead. And the goal is to only have 2 plants in flower in there. Gonna scrog and hope for the best.

I had to water my 7gal pots every day but never went above 5%
15gal min got every other day. And a little over 5% but rarely the full 10%
