don't make any big different, you can cut a hour of a day or what ever you like, or just switch to 12/12, if the plant is mature it will redirect it hormones with in a few days and start the flowering process can take up to a week or more before you see any signs tho

a PH pen is a must when growing in coco or any soilless mediums, need to keep a PH around 6 of your water

when in soil its don't have to be so precise as the soil act like a buffer, now you say you mix it, I do the same, coco make the soil nice light and fluffy, but then you need to treat it like soil and coco often have a natural PH under 6, so when I mix in some coco (maybe 20-30%) to my soil mix I also add lime (I use Maerl) to get the PH of the medium up at them 6-7

also a lot of threats in here about miracle grow products, most negative, I dunno Im un EU and don't really have access to there products, but I would stay away from em if possible, tho I do believe they have normal pure coco and perlite that works well, its more the soil mixes with added nutrients that don't go along with MJ or is hard to handle for the newbie grower

use a nice organic seedling soil to start em in and then add some more rich soil once you repot, make it light and fluffy with stuff like peetmoss, coco, perlite, clay pellets aso to keep the mix light so the root zone have access to oxygen and don't stand in a too compact soil that stays wet for too long and promote a acid environment

IME you need to be pretty prices in hydro and soilless mediums like coco or hemp buckets, need to keep the PH of your water at 5,8-6 wile soil is more forgiven and act like a buffer, in soil its best to use water with a PH around 6-7 tho a PH on 5,5 or 8 is perfectly fine as long as you use a quality soil with a PH between 6 and 7

but there are also other things that can have a effect here, first of, strains are different, some don't really care much and can take up all its necessary nutrients at a wide PH ranges wile some strains are very conservative and need a perfect PH to thrive, also, some water (Tap) have high levels of Lime and can be hard to keep steady in a hydro set up (get a RO filter or collect rain water) and can over time build up a alkaline environment in soil, depending on how long you veg for and how many repots/fresh soil you provide, same go if you use mineral nutrients in your soil, can build up over time and make a acid environment, a small flush/clean water in between nutrients can help with that so can some lime as top dressing if you want to correct a acid environment

so day 25 into veg and iv decided to venture into my flower schedule, iv choosin to go with 13/11 light schedule and applied the first lot of flower nutes, witch is a 2 part hydroponics nutrients with a N-P-K 20-10-40 with trace elements including Calcium, Magnesium, Sulphur, Iron, Manganese, Boron, Copper, Zinc, Molybdenum. Also contains Agronomix

so im 2 days into my flower schedule, I decided to open up my smaller plant a bit, tying down most brunches to the pot and basically snapping the top ones over, than cutting out a lot of smaller branches,made it look pretty scruffy really


but the next day it turned out pretty nice looking.i stress my little plant a lot and it seems to be catching up in size to the bigger plant


so this is what iv got two days into my flower schedule. 27 days into my grow

can anyone tell what strain theys plants are from pictures? or is that impossible, pots are actually 10gallon also my mistake
