true most "chem" applications are minerals and such that has been proven to be beneficial to what stage of growth or what everplants/ strains, species. these minerals are merlely drived (alot of which from organic matter) and concentrated in what ever form be it liquid, granular, tiume realeased.
i think it is possible to have the best of both and to fool anyone who thinks they can tell the difference. but the knowledge and time for the most part needed, as well as dedication will push most growers who use hydro away, they will most likely just buy the cheap, easy to use, and well you get great results. its not a hard choice for most
