hello

build from the ground up and i mean everything

ok out in oregon.....doing the rec/medical thing
i am thinking this

i can set the foundation down for the walls leaving the floor inside open dirt/ river stone gravel...this way spills and water has someplace to drain and saves money /work

build it up and over wire it (size bigger breaker and better wire sockets every 6 feet....plumbing propain piping ) then use a spray foam kit and seal/insulate the walls /ceiling...the door use a simple poly tarp seal it off ...wood frame it out with steel conduit for bars to hang lights off ....led

the shape of it would allow me to put mini splits on the middle part that wall the heat would natural flow in there ....the co2 burner in there for the Co2

i am think use about 800 sf with the rest as work space and walkways
what u think .....year round grow area....when out grow it can be turned into a dry cure shake

i am thinking about 30k 35k total

Its an ambitious project first thing that comes to my mind is either insulating the building which is to expensive or have individual rooms built to size? I have worked in these types of buildings and in the winter it gets cold in there
Think you would be closer to 50k

well i was looking at do it yourself spray foam 600 bucks for 500 sq ft .......this would be though of as open cell 30 to 50 cents per sq foot think it is r21 ......i would do the whole walls and the lower ceiling that upper one i would leave for thermal bleed off

really i figured keeping the floor dirt would make laying pipes for the water and pro pain easy with use of a trencher ..pea gravel or river stone would be the most to get a 1/2 1inch in there

what about weed barrier and redwood chips or other chips saw it on a video once looked good and kept the dust down.

hmmm did not think about chips .......toss a bag or 3 of ceder into it

I have heard of people using cedar as mulch and to help with odor

Ceder mulch, pebbles, stone, I have no exp. on this but it seems that if pests get in, they would be deuce difficult to get out

i plan to use pepper spray of death

in a atomizer with 12 feet of spray reach (who wants to bet i blind myself several times before i get hang of it)

this stuff kills anything willing to bite my babies .....and it does not show up in the test they run so can get a higher price point

as for ants and all that i can spread poisin down to kill the .....the plants will be in planter or soil bags

more stuff u can think of the better will turn out .....i never though about chips
