indoor will be in 1200 sqft
outdoor 5000 sqft to half a acre ....have not made mind up

So if you have a really big pole barn or something you could you less than the full building?

Just wondering how they approach the size of the building vs the size of the area used with growing materials.

larger building i could section off a area just for growing and still have the feed and work area in the main building
they count the actual area that is lighted for growing

same thing outside a green house is counted the whole area inside the green house .....the land itself is section and fenced off

no count just area of use in oregon on recreational

count only applies to medical co-op
that is 1 card allows 6 plants but this state allows for a site to have multi card holders using hence the co-op
(basically if u have a medical card i can get the rights to grow your 6 plants what u do not want i have the right to sell it to medical shops)
 
on the medical side
35 buck tax per oz sold .......no oocp checks .....just need your card to sell to shop

down side
u can only sell to medical shops .......recreational shops (there are 4times as many) are off limits unless u have the rec lic ......then u get into spot checks and the paperwork for the state all that good stuff

and since weed is not legal for federal .....i will be collecting SSI too mahahahaha and renting out a house in maryland for 1800 a month mahahahaha

yes rec has no plant count ........it is the area that matters u can have 5000 sq ft at micro tier 2 outside then it goes to tier 1 is half acre then tier 2 is full acre
that is outside

inside micro tier 2 is 1250 sq ft .......tier 1 is 5000 sq ft and tier 2 is 10000 sq ft
 
the medical side due to we have a foot in that door already .........so might as well keep it
the ppl on the land plus a few others have already given the lady the cards legally she can do about 60 plants now on the medical side

she wants to do recreational as that is where the money is ........plan in splitting the outdoor 3/4 photos and 1/4 autos ......the indoor going to do a 50/50 split photo and autos

ideally i like to get a stock up that allows us to keep the bud for 2 months to 3 months to completely cure it all 100% and we can fill orders during the off months when all the outdoors shut down for fall and winter

the real money is outdoor just for the less energy cost allows a better profit margin
 
I still can't get over that you don't have a plant count for recreational, sounds hinky, but I'm sure you've researched it.

oregon rocks ........they do not know what they just did .........those ppl that like to run tables with 60 plants to get small hard nugs they can do it and actually make a go at a biz

the water rights and the power use is the 2 biggest troubles ........if the area has a low water table they will say no or force me to buy water rights to allow it .....if the power is to low i have to pay for the upgrading to carry the wattage and amps ......the rest of it is a joke if i am in town i have to controll the smell of the grow (carbon filter with a ozone gen in the exhaust ducting kids play they will smell nothing)


i have no desire to make money or get power ......but holy shit they made it so easy

the grey area is transport.........legally u can have up to 1 oz on u after that it is charge (does not matter if u are taken it to get tested or for sale to shops it is a charge)
 
i am hoping after a few grows they change the rule ........can form a small transport llc that only deals with moving weed from site to store with bonded drivers in discreet cars( like taxi's only for weed with drivers u know will not rip u off)

i know the black market side of weed from the east coast ........i done it for 22 years and only done a few months in local lock up
i know this shit forward and backwards sideways and stoned off my ass ..........legal world of weed is fucked to be my bitch i will retire before i am 50 to a small south sea island and only leave to do happy max stuff with places to help on corp taxes

That patient (card holder) also has the right to come and take those 6 plants and any product you grew for them at any time they please.

ok under the law we have to file for permits and all so i been doing the work on it

i can have a 1250 sg ft area indoor before i cross into the larger tax bracket so i am thinking something like this

strait up 50 feet short of the limit ..........lay down a pad build this up and then spray foam the inside sealing it up and insulating it (make a floating wall in front of the garage door for winter time )

see if i go with mini splits to handle the area use LED or cobs and have a co2 burner hooked into a 500 gallon propain tank (the spray foam a better door in and using poly wrap over the garage door sealing it off can allow me to do this) .....and still use the door to bring in and out items if i want at harvest or start up

got to go soil or they are going to kill me on water rights .....the LEDs or Cobs will keep the power cost lower but give me the power and all for a good crop

the mini splits and all the lighting can be moved to a larger area and this 1200 sq ft be used for anything else later including drying with the sealed up nature of the area (protecting the crop will be very easy ....plus enough room to do few hundred lbs if u use a tier rack system system and using a 10 feet )...giant humidor for curing

what do u guys think .......in planing stage

i could do a little bigger one and then section it off ....it could let me do a a exchange venting and skip the co2 burners and mini split .........super hot days just have some window shakers in the wall section off the grow part and leave the garage door open to vent the heat it makes out so the room is cooled for less money in the energy bill

yes i am thinking about solar but that is a few grows in setting it up right ......no more jerry rigging and replacing bits

would love to help but i am on the other side of keeping it not legal . a law added to a plant is gunna fuck us right in the asshole but i am not here to fight about it just be4 use vote for legal pot check out the progress of tabacco ;) good luck to all states that is legal but were i am from we are sighing to stop the legal move

Doesn't this change in October 2016? I think in October there is a registration application fee of $3000 dollars and you have to label everything through OMMP regulations once approved. Just what i read and have understood.

Why?? Marajana has so many medicinal qualities for people and they should be able to grow it themselves legally. Guess i can see how the illegal market would suffer a great amout of money. Sad deal.

got nothing to do with money at all really i don't wanna get into it but lets just cut it down it will end up being grown for us prob by pharm compannys or gov controlled farms like i said research tabacco or the good old poppy plant ;) happy growing all

in one exe from a state they are fighting to say that the smoke inhaled is still bad for the lungs and cause cancer goverment testing has found that putting the thc into a tablet is much safer see were i am going with this ?
