Looks like you harvested too soon out of unfounded fear of your crop being ruined by seeds. Two more weeks would have made a world of difference in the quality of the final product. But they're your plants to do with as you wish. It's too bad you invested all this time just to chop early because of the possibility of a few seeds.

Next run if you see seeds don't worry they won't really bring the potency down, the bud won't be ruined as long as its not completly covered in seeds, just pull the seeds out.

Just because they work in a store selling overpriced cannabis specific products you don't need doesn't mean they know what they're talking about regarding growing. From what I've seen most are early twenty somethings that don't know what they're talking about. They're basically cashiers. It's not like you're going to a nursery supply where they actually have people with knowledge in plant science. The dude at the grow shop is typically just a salesman.
