I forgot to follow up.
The canna-caps: -After doing how ever many extraction you intend on the same oil, do a final squeeze through the potato ricer.
-Once all the coconut oil you can squeeze out is in a small bowl your ready for the final steps.
-Add plain corn starch and stir. Keep adding until it becomes a jelly type semi-solid mass.
-Fill your capsules and freeze or refrigerate.
**Corn starch is inert and wont kill your tummy but keeps the oil from leaking out of the capsule. Raw plant material can give you gas and stomach aches so this is my preferable filler. To make it stronger decarb keif in the oven for 20 min at 210df and add it just before stirring in the corn starch.**
Save the leftover material! I do one of two extractions with that so none goes to waste.
