Something embarrassing

In LEGAL Colorado, these rules have changed. One can now reasonably expect to find honest, knowledgeable, hard-working people willing to bust ass to make the grow a success. They do expect to be fairly compensated for their efforts.

They also make great friends.
You know it's legal here in Barcelona, the new Amsterdam.

The old skool growers tend to stick together now and people are very choosy who they business with. It still feels illegal here though.

Not trying to be a dick but thats the worst plan ever , you never want to buy an inhabited house or pay back taxes for current owners, you'll play hell getting them out & when they do leave its in a U Haul full of the plumbing , furnace & anything else not nailed down , then tear up the lawn with the truck .

Allways buy foreclosed homes that have been vacant atleast 90 days so the ex owner looses interest in getting even .

Best place to start looking is HUD's official website , not one of those pay for a list sites but the real hud site , enter the zip code & bid on any home you want , you can submitt bids lower than starting bid & know in 24 hours if you won the house , if you dont want to fuk around makin appointments with realtors do like i did , get a good set of bump keys & you can open any door lock made to check the houses out .

A realtor friend of mine turned me on to bump keys , they all use em .
Awesome advice! Thanks so much. Would you mind if I pm'd you for advice from time to time?

Colorado is a strange place where people tend to work together, be friendly and make things happen almost by default. Those who show up and work hard get a good rep, like anywhere else. Good people tend to run in groups, just like thugs- only they are polite to your girlfriend, thank her for fixing lunch and don't steal anything.

Everywhere is its own special case in one way or another. I don't mean to second guess a conservative approach that's obviously working for you.

My question, is still profitable. at least the growing aspect?

So I have business partners, 3 of them to be exact. Two investors, I am the head grower and I have a apprentice that helps me trim and watch's one of the properties. I'm trying to break away from all of them. But I have the final say in everything. But before I went to detox, a day or two before, I wake up and my power is out and I have no water. The problem is one of the investors was using a property management company. I kept telling him and telling to take this house off their management. Well he didn't so since there wasn't any money from a renter they cut the power. So my partner had a bird brain idea to call his buddy to rig up my power (stealing) one of the most important rules NEVER STEAL POWER! I did not know what he was doing. So then I went to detox for 4 days, I get out and go home and no power. supposedly my partner was going to set-up a ghost account, which someone at the power supplier just lets it happen. For a large sum of money. Well the dumbass gives the dude the cash, then disappears. When I get out of detox, my meter is gone. I'm like WTF? So my plants have been without lights for a week. With a 10k grow that could be a substantial loss. The plants still look healthy and we will have legal power on monday. Let me note I do not condone in stealing anything, ever. So lesson be learned, if you have partners set the rules out first, and transparency is key.
@ODanksta that really sucks. Are you in an area that you could run a generator? Generac makes a nice quiet one, diesel. Well worth the investment.

Can you legally and how many?
Yes you can legally grow at home but you can't take it out the house. Or you can buy in a club and you're not allowed to bring it home.

It used to be 3 per person years ago. It's unclear and we need clarification desperately.

We just all do what we like here basically. Sneaking around in a still very murky grey area. Theres grow shops everywhere so I'd say 2 tents worth and half a dozen on the terrace in Summer (if you don't have wanker neighbours growing males of course) would not even raise an eyebrow.

Thought about renting a diesel generator but, I live to far away to keep refilling the tank. Today has been a week without lights I think. Good news is the plants are still looking healthy. Some have leaves standing straight up, and no mold.

What would happen there if you got busted will a 100 plant grow? Like in America your looking at 20 years in some states if you get busted

Absolutely! Just being your A growing game, no one here wants to buy B grade buds cuz they're all suddenly wannabe connoisseurs- and there's plenty of the good stuff already here.

well theres two ways to go about this

one is beat the fuck out of him

two tell him that you dont really need a partner anymore and you think that you can handle it on your own

or plan B: rent some land and grow outdoors

Very little. Remember we do SOG here so 20-25 per sq only equates to 4-5 x 600w typically. That's a big bedroom of 5 m2 basically. So nothing, maybe a small fine if you couldn't persuade them it was all for personal use. Put it this way, if it was a big flat shared by a few people they could all say it was theirs and cover it that way.

It makes you realise how dependant we are on electricity!

I had it recently and it took only 10 mins to fix but happened on a Sunday afternoon! :(

You're lucky if they are still ok, I'd be worried about the air at 4 wks.
