Goldman Sachs bailout/Friends of Obama?!

 Didn't they go under while Bush was in office?
No they didn't go under. If all these banks hadn't been bailed out, how would the politicians (on both sides) get most of their campeign money.

I'm only picking on Obama because he received more... than anyone else from Citigroup, Goldman and others.

Dude it's a TV show... Don't take it so seriously, or expect them to. Besides... the show has really started stinking :(

Yeah I agree. In the beginning...

When they first started the show the husband was dead (thought we were going to learn more about that)...Celia got cancer (thought we were going to teach the Republicans about the medicinal benefits...nvm...Reps don't watch showtime)...

Anyways, I think they WERE headed in those directions but I think they got scared about sending a positive message about weed. The head execs got scared...

"Do you suck dick Silas?"...hahaha

I don't understand why weed is so expensive in an area where it's clearly EVERYWHERE. Why would the supply not drive down the demand?

So I was watching episode 11 of the second season of Weeds, and I've occasionally been a bit unimpressed by their research, although I generally like the show. But, in this episode, they have 38 pounds of "MILF weed" that they need to sell as quickly as possible, so they give the character "U-Turn" a break on the price; $300,000. Supposedly the actual market price at the time is $500,000.

Now, I did the math like five times because I just couldn't believe how fucking dumb that is.
$7,900 a pound is a BARGAIN?!! IN CALIFORNIA!!!? You could sell that by the ounce for $500 and still wouldn't make shit for profit! And that means the going market price at the time for MILF weed is over $13,000 a pound. In a MASS QUANTITY sale, understand- they're moving it all at one time.

I think this shit is mother fuckin ridiculous B to the S, BULL SHIT.
Hey, I got kids to support! You see my house? That's a hefty mortgage right there, so I just make sure all my stuff is way overpriced! LMFAO
