Some of the brown roots could be overwatered.

See how the roots fill out the soil, easy to pop it out of the pot in one piece.

Your doing well, it's very easy isn't it

These things can happen when you start, your soil not as strong as mine, could be overwatering.

But you can iron that out next time and achieve perfection or close to.

You've learnt everything to get to this stage even got a good light. That's priceless and now sit wait hope the new growth comes out green and happy.

Only the plant needing more water as it grows will make it any thicker. Wind dosent strengthen stems unless it's strong enough to cause mechanical damage and that's quite a lot of wind.
Wind causing a stem to sway strengthens the stem the same way resistance training strengthens you.

Here’s a 5 day difference so I guess she’s growing still ! Even tho she’s struggling a little

Yes but you need a lot of wind you will wind burn your leaves before the stem sways.
it doesn't take much tbh, one fan blowing against a wall inside the tent is enough to get them moving gently back and forth. Not necessary but it just makes me feel better about preventing weak lil twigs from developing :p

The thickest stems come from the healthiest growing, more watet to leaves makes bigger stems.

It's just not something to worry about, mechanical damage is stress and that costs growth that would have gone to making a bigger plant.

Mechanical damage from a gentle breeze to get the stems moving? idk about that. I agree with your statement but they can't grow many leaves if they are bent over from a weak stem.

A 3 second google search will come up with thousands of results on adding a breeze to strengthen seedling stems.

I heard if your plant starts to bend over people use like a tomato cage for that to!

The term for it is mechanical damage, it describes a stem bending enough that microtears get fixed and the end result is more width. If you crush a branch between your fingers the same will happen at that point, thicker growth.

But look at all the indoor crops where they create air circulation but no where near enough to make stems bend and sway. It's simply not needed and doesn't increase growth.

Mj growers get something in their heads and the results are less than impressive. The stem will be as thick as needed to fit the phloem and xylem no more no less. The more leaves you make the more they need and the thicker the stem becomes.

This goes for all plants I grow, if it has to thicken the stem it will use energy and nutrients that would have grown a bigger plant so you loose growth but get a thicker stem, counterproductive.

This isn't a seedling thought, stems become woody quickly, there's no flex and trying to flex the stem will cause roots to come loose which it will have to spend much needed energy to try and anchor itself more.

New growers don't need any of this, you only need to work out your soil lights watering and environment which is what we did.

The small bit of copper in fertilizer means it's impossible to get a copper Def. Magnesium is in everything too.

See how the inexperienced pick up lots of rubbish growing this plant.

It's bouncing back nicely, new soil and fertilizer did well. Watering and light I can't get right for you, you need to practice and work that out over time.
