Do you think ALL employment lawyers work for contingency? Do you know most will still charge for litigation fees? DIDJA KNOW THAT?
The reason teachers don't fight? Not enough money, time, or proof.

FWIW anyone calling themselves "the darling of litigation" to describe how they get a settlement must not understand that there is no litigation whatsoever if you got a settlement. Litigation only happens in a trial hun.

I'm talking about professionals as in white-collar, suit and tie...people who "work" (definition dependent) 8-10 hrs, then take their briefcases home to work some more. I'm not talking about home farmers and Hell's Angels, although the latter does have a white-collar element in it.so you're saying the "pros" don't smoke their product?

And seriously, if you put 2g in "three small bowls", I'd be curious to see what you consider a big one. Perhaps a Hookah bowl sans coals? You can stuff 3/4 Oz in one of those.

I believe so. I'm questioning the ability and efficacy of consuming 2 g/day, for an average consumer. Not a medical user...
But really, my perspective is at fault here. I tend to associate (over the last few years anyway) with people who smoke very little, if at all. I forget there are people out there like Remo (UrbanGrower) who make 2g joints and smoke a dozen or more of those a day.

Yeah, there was this thing at work about 15 years ago, in a big tech company.
It was a Federal contractor BS that we all were supposed to sign that said we would submit to a drug test, if asked.
I didn't sign it. I went to the HR guy and told him I don't sign stuff like that. He said he wasn't going to sign it and he didn't know anybody but the hourly types that even would.
He said, "Everyone knows if we started drug testing in this company, we would not have a company."

Yep, a simple call from my labor attorney was enough to almost have fired,a Director and an HR manager.
Results was they were make to realize you can't approve a grant of stock options, grant them to me, and then refuse to authorize their transfer colluding with HR.
This is self rule. We fight back.

I have a very good friend whose wife is a nurse and he's a stay at home dad and he is GREAT at it and he loves it. There are men in this world that do better at home businesses (growing IS a business) and taking care of the home. I did it for a year in 1989 while running a home day care myself, though I found it wasn't my cup of tea. I much prefer an outside job but hey, I had to try it.
