Week 4 to 7 of flower and led lights are basically the most calcium and magnesium focused plant grow period. More than one journal I read showed this. I got one in week 5 from a missed dry cycle. Does not look the same as my damage but just keep an eye out. Spots at first and then leaf fade with necrosis starting at the tip is what to look for.

Well I stopped taking off the leaves and now there are a lot more, the plant still seems healthy. I think maybe my light is too close, so I turned it down some.

I'm using grow dots and Happy Frog soil. It's my 2nd grow, I used dots the 1st time and I use distilled water.

Ah. Gotcha. I don't use the stuff. Seems like a lot of people have the same type of issues using fox farms stuff. It's wildly inconsistent and some batches seem hotter than others. Not telling ya what to do or anything but there's way better mediums out there.

I have terrible looking leaves on my bud on one plant. I am amazed that none of the creep has made it into the buds. I have been pulling them off when the necrosis gets close to the flower.

I got some Cal-Mag today and gave it 5ml in a 500ml bottle of water and dumped it. Normal watering day is tomorrow. Thanks for the info about the leaves, I didn't think about letting the necrosis getting close to flower so I trimmed and pulled some that were getting close. On the positive side, crazy sticky lol.

My cal mag plus mix on the bottle is 3-5 ml per gallon. 5ml in 500 ml must not be same product.

Now I'm thinking I should have cut it back a bit, my plant isn't going to need a Gal of water. It was getting pretty bad so if was Cal it was needing quite a bit.
I think it is most like a minor calmag deficitcey and 5ml for 500ml seems like a high dose to me as well.
That plant looks plenty healthy now shit would have to get real bad real fast for you to not be able to harvest a finished product.
Never used grow dots but I have never had issues using happy frog, I sprout them in happy frog and give straight water for 3 weeks then hydro feed. I gave up on using grainual feeds and mixing soil for indoor use.

What calmag did you use? If it's any of the major brands you might want to consider a little flush. 5ml/500 is almost 40 ml/gal which is a lot and can easily lockout other nutrients
