If you have that much money to spend. I would say go with fluorescent induction! Very powerful lights very expensive and work way better then normal flourescents. Hydroponics store nearby me sells the 400w for $800 CAD though and the manufacture they carry is igrow. Check local hydroponic stores if those exist where you live.

best energy effecient, powerful, low heat lighting there is yet. I have seen them work masterpieces myself. If i had 40k I would buy them.
