stealth grow under cfl!

I just checked that exact site for reviews, decided I will finish this grow and then order seeds from sannies. Kak bang to do it tho coz I don't want any problems with the police! If they intercept your parcel at customs, can they track you? Suppose they can, but will they?? The 1 guy there says his parcels have been intercepted but he just got new ones, so they won't trace it down to you or what?

Oky cool tomorrow will be the day then. Will get me 2 more cfl's, nitrosol and some pipe cleaners, will use sosaties stokkies and pipe cleaners for lst! Will start lst on tuesday!

Friends around here got from nirvana no problem and alot of local people recommend sannies and prices look good , yeh i heard if they intercept it they just destroy it but i`m not too sure . Will just use bagseed for now till i upgrade lights will check the setup once it`s been upgraded tommorow .

Finally photobucket works so I can update! So today I wnet shopping for some more lights and such. I got 2 x 20watt 2700k nice warm white cfl and I also got some nitrosol liquid fert to replace my sea grow liquid fert! My current setup is now a total of 190 watt of cfl, 2 x 20watt 2700k, 1 x 20watt 4000k and 2 x 65watt 6400k! So that is over 90watt per plant so that's good! I will propably not add another light, this will have to do! I will be lst'ing tomorrow as I will then get some pipe cleaners to help me!

Today is the first day of flowering. The timer fucked me atound a littlebit and I had to reset it and everything so today it went of at 10, their first 12hour dark period! Not sure when I should see signs of flowering tho! But I'm excited!

#2 branching out nice, but as you can see I broke the one branch by accident so I taped it, hope it will heal! Its a side branch with a bud site so I hope it heals!


#1 shot from the top, growing good after pruning it but I hurt the new growth tip a little so I hope it grows back healthy! Got lights on eather side now so its getting light from everywhere, they have a full set of leaves with 9 blades, only 1 set, that's nice! And it feels like a leathery texture, feels very nice and it looks nice and a dark green!

Dude where`d you get you`re those 65 watters ? Your supposed too have more red than blue during flower so if you can source a 65 watt red light to switch out with one you`ll be sorted a took one of my 6500 k `s out recently was making the bud too leafy . Then you could switch your`e other 65 watt back when you vegging again . It still work fine with what you got seen whole grows with just 6500 k and 4000 k so it`s not a probelm just for the biggest harvest 2700 k the way to go during flowering . Looking good though thanks for updating nice the two notes on the top getting bigger ussually doing this creaes like 4 main bud sites on the plant mine has 4 of these with buds as long as two biv lighters on them its awesome . I see you went to game to get your shit they only have 4000 k 20 watt eurolux`s here sucks ball , game genreally just sucks I`ll post you a nice site to get cfl`s from later .

I got them from eagle lighting, about R105 each, don't know if they have any warm white but I will try, got my money placed on something else this month that I have been planning for a while now haha yes the new growth of #1 is doing good! 4 new tops and I will be pruning #2 now coz she's getting too tall and only has 1 top after I fucked the fim up! Ja game is kak!! They have the worst service I have ever seen and they don't know anything. The guy made me buy the wrong cable and when I read the paper thing that came with it it said 28v max, fucking ass. Oky cool ja will check it out. Will update pics in a few minutes of the lst

Okay sick bra looking realy good but just a note that leathery kinda growth where the leaves are so defined like that isn`t ideal from my experiences ussually it means stunted growth or the grow medium is`nt ideal . You want your plants to be smooth and nice and green like that windowsill plant but your plants are growing fast so i could be wrong but just going on experience here from outdoor growing . Ja dude kak is super kak lol the person didn`t even know what a cfl was when i went and also experienced the worst service in SA they are realy useless . Yeh its hard to find nice wattage cfl`s in 2700 k here highest i seen is 20 watts same as you got one of them and two 18 watters . Now i know why yours turned into such epic bushes it`s because of that 6500 k you where using it owns for vegging and topping etc . Nice will check the pics tommorow gotta hit the sack got collegue and yeh do what you want no pressure bro its your grow I`m just speccing its good to see someone in sa also trying the cfls

Ja I read a few days ago its not good and its stunted growth but like you said they are growing fast, I thaught it might be the strain! But its not really leathery, its just a nice firmness that I like. The thing is the windowstill plants have NO problems at all and its 3 big plants in 20l of normal pnp potting soil for 20kg for R24! I water them about once every 7 days coz no perlite means the soil stays when for long and they don't even droop after 7 days, sometimes I leave them for 10 days then give them like 2l of water then they freak out! Haha no its cool, any advice is good advice! Ja I only know one other person and he's growing coz I told him to haha its awesome, don't know anyone else! Awe cheers

Yeh I also didn`t water alot during veg , yeh was gunna say the best soil for those landraces like swaz is just normal garden soil . I used that potting soil the first time I grew and had a little plant with leathery leaves it still flowered though just stayed small . Yeh those other ones are way to big for your setup the branch you broke should heal with the tape around it . Yeh i`d say you`ll probably get 66 grams aim for an ounce a plant but they gunna get alot bigger so you could still do 90 . Nice 500 ml of nitrosol can`t wait to see how your plants shoot up from it . Yup cheese is delicious when i was in CPT it was the standard indoor that and top 44 . Yeh these strains we growing just have a bit of a delay . I dunno if that other plant is indica ( did you get the seeds from bagseed ?) its leaves are a little bit fatter than the other but it could just be a bushy sativa . Once it starts budding i should be able to tell because sativa has a different bud structure . Btw you can pick up vermiculite and perlite at that hydro store in obs i`ve never used it in any of my grows sativa`s have a strong root system and penetrate most normal soils fine . peace bro

Oky but what soil are you using now? Everyone always says get ffof or MG but over here we can't just get it so I am still wondering what we can use to replace that?? Would like to know so I can use it in my next grow!
That branch was back to life the next morning already, damn mj plants are awesome! They can go through so much shit and still survive it with no damage! But wait, its a druk and it causes so much damage to people..like alcohol and cigarettes is God's choice for man to consume..haha but anyway dude if I get 90g off this that would be awesome! I'm not intending to sell it, this is just for me and my flat mate to have so quality bud now and then, but how much do. You think one could sell this for once it has flowered? Concidering its called "greenhouse?" And its grown indoors and taking very good care of!
I'm not using perlite now, I'm using aquariun gravel coz I couldn't fine perlite, found a shop that stock it now so I will get for my next grow!

Indoor in Cape Town is never less that 100 for a gram so anything over that all depends how the finished product comes out . Oh thiers a vegetable garden outside here so i just took soil from there and then atter 3-4 weeks since i been feeding it normal organic compost , molasses , charcoal ,filter cofee skims and most recently that nitrosoil . So just started with normal garden soil its like browny and sandy and drains well . I think aim for 50 grams gunna be a more realistic target noticed you`re smaller one has dark green leaves and its lower branch leaves look so fat pretty interesting to see how it`s buds turn out , maybe it is in an indica then it should harvest better . Oh yeh how deep are your pots? for your next grow try get deeper pots rather than wider ones because the marijuana`s root system penetrates deep esp with sativa strains , the other one is in a large enough pots wierd they not budding yet since its winter lol . Oh yeh and just black and dark green pots xD . Peace bra

Even tyrese , jut and pondo come out potent i seen it grown under a hps indoor and it comes out potent obviously wouldn`t use it because of the risk of getting lotsa hermies and bad genetics . It`s epic though that basically any strain can reach peak potency . Do you know how to breed and make your own strain ? make crosses etc i wanna get some pure indica seeds and cross them with transkei , swaz and durban poison . If you get some transkei bud you should keep all the seeds this strain is becoming rare and its a sick short flowering sativa 8 weeks instead of swaz`s long 10-12 weeks flowering period , it also does well indoor i had two plants of it bud where in a big cardboard box when i picked it up it broke soil everywhere lol .

Ja I can imagine they will be more potent, growing indoors you give them their ideal conditions to grow at their best so is makes sense. I hope mine will flower quickly, I want to start with a new grow! Haha I will plant seeds at about week 4 and let them grow on the windowstill till I can put them in the cab for 2-3 weeks, maybe even less and then put them into flowering! Don't want to scrog coz it just doesn't look right and I like the way mj grows, how it looks and scrog is complete un-natural for them so I will just top and lst them, lst is much less stress than scrog. I don't know how to cross bread yet no, will read a little about that when I plant again, maybe try it out so when will they start growing again? I mean when will they jump up in size? Coz everyone says they get 2/3 times bigger? So when will this start to happen?

so whats with the pipe cleaner tie downs? LST you say huh...! why dont you just bend the branch over if you wanted them to bush out..?

My first atempt at lst haha but I did tie down the other branches, the thing is its kinda too late for lst for the top coz I only topped it now so in a week I should be able to lst correctly I think..what am I doing wrong? Like I said, never done this before so I still need to learn the ropes! And thanks! Took a lot of advice and tlc

Oh dude a much easier method is to just drill screws around the top of the base of your pot and from the screws you tie something to the main stem of your plant pulling it horizontal or at like a angle . Doing that the plant is pulled sideways and more light can get to those internodes it also causes hormones to rush to them and not the main growing tips and they create many budsites . You may wanna do this with your Windowsill swazi`s because they may get huge but they pretty bushy already lol . Dunno if its too late to do it on your indoor plants maybe other the experienced dude can correct me or anything else I said because i only read about these techniques recently and its my first indoors attempt .
But yeh you don`t want these too get get like over 1.5ft - 2ft so you may needa tie them tilting a little the strain should well to do it .
Kinda makes the plant look funny as you said but its all good ,it isn`t practical too grow a single stem plant with low wattage because the Cfl`s dont penetrate well unless you use lotsa lil pots and 12/12 them from seed I wanna try this oneday .
