The heatsink first ,has to 'modified' so it can be attached to the inner base -plate .
This is done with 2x aluminium angles ,of 20 cm length -same as heatsink's length.
( Angle : 20 x 30 x 2 mm ) .
The heatsink's sides and the angle 30 mm side,are going to be finely sanded ,
epoxied together with Arctic Silver Epoxy and finally three rivets per angle ,
are going to keep the angles and heatsink pretty ..tightly together ..

This way the angles share some of the ..heat ,also ...

Very nicely done with the rivets. Angle iron and heatsinks go well together! Like the base plate too...I used a thin sheet of steel on your top plate advice. Had to paint it since steel rusts so easily....but...it makes a wonderful cooling oven!? The thick base plate to suck up even more heat? 2 sided heatsink now...

And this particular tobacco I'm smoking ( a hellenic tobacco brand ) ...Ohhh ..

Yes in fact there's one ,actually.
The only independent tobacco company left (probably in the whole Europe ...)..
All the rest ,the 'shit tasting stuff ' ,are cigarettes / tobacco brands belonging to multinational giants like JT,PM ,LM and others ...

You need to get a vape SS! These things are saving peoples lives and you will hate burning tobacco in a month after you start. At first you will think you want a tobacco tasting juice to vape. Then you will find out you can have a Cherry Coke flavor and deliver your nicotine cleanly. I have seen X-Rays of lungs a year after switching to a vape. All of the pathology had cleared up! Please try it! It is much less expensive, and you do not smell like an ashtray!

Nicotine is actually good for you and PEG and other vegetable based solvents are going to kill you much more slowly than arsenic and lead! Please try it. I have converted the biggest smoker I know and he has not smoked cigarettes in over a year! Make sure you get a good system. Wickless atomizers are the best and variable voltage batteries allow you to customize the amount of vapor it produces.

It will absolutely change your life for the better! It has already started a revolution here in the U.S. Bigger than cannabis!

I've been trying mind control..lol

Quit for maybe 6 months...now I allow myself a smoke only on "special occasions" with weeks between cigs. Fact is certain times I love a smoke...but all day everyday is bad bad bad.

I tried the ecig but I was abusing that thing trying to get a fix..

You are right though mo..

Lights looking good sds! I need to do a few builds..hopefully this will motivate me to get building. Still need to build a veg light and another big light for my extra z2 bin 3k. Not even gonna worry about the z2 bin...good enough..

vapes for mj will help with lungs too. I have asthma. LOVE my vapor bags. Smoking a very little is sometimes fun but irritates the throat a bit. Also, you dont really smell like pot either as it dissipates. So IMO "smoking" in general is unhealthy. The best is canna caps or caramels. Love me some all day high.

shit... off on tangent. this is a light build thread not a stop smoking thread. LOL!
