Stem changing colors during flowering

This is an outdoor Chernobyl. Grown in fox farm ocean forest. Watered about every 3-5 days depending on drying times. In Ohio, it’s been unseasonably rainy this summer, def got over watered at some point, but dried it out and got it back on track in time for flowering. Alternated feeding with FF big bloom every other water cycle. Have only done that about 3 times. We are about 30 days into flowering here.
i Noticed in the past week that the stalk has or is changing colors. I didn’t notice that when I trimmed fan leaves from it, but now it is two toned. Maybe I over trimmed? What’s weirdest is the coloring at bottom of stalk just above soil about 2”. Check pics.
Just worrried because my other Chernobyl plant flowered early and had bud rot, from extreme humidity and rain, and I had to cut it out, still got lots of useful bud but just want to make sure this one isn’t going to go to the crapper and lose it all to root mold or something. This batch is looking and smelling way better than the first. Should be Close to ready by next full moon in a few weeks. Estimated flower time 55-65 days. Flowering started Aug. 10.
Also concerned about brown spots on yellowing leaves. The yellowing is effecting the small fan leaves now and it’s encroaching on buds, should I be concerned? I’ve stopped FF big bloom feeding. Thanks.

Maybe it didnt like being stripped of what feeds the plant.... There is no need to do that, especially outdoors

Yeah, I thought that too, the fan leaves were looking pretty bad though too and that’s why I thought I would get rid of them. Since they were yellow and browning too.

In my opinion there is absolutely nothing wrong with those stems or the color. I've had stains where your into flower and it's the color of rhubarb. Or purple streaks on the stems. Totally natural to me.

Not enough nutrients, most of the leaves are gone because the plant is able to suck stored nutes out of the leaves for bud production. Your plant is showing phosphorous deficiency with the brown spots on the leaves and red stems.
