I said it once, I'll say it again, OWS was a test, nothing more and nothing less. A test to see if peaceful protests would be effective or if full-on revolution is needed. It was also a good one to see what tactics to expect the enemy to use in trying to deal with groups of protestors. All in all OWS was a small portion of people who want change, the fringes if you will - the beginning of the movement. The responses that have been greeting these occupy movements is doing nothing but cementing that it's us or them, they're proving that peaceful protests will no longer work ; the beast no longer fears it's creator.
It's pretty simple, it's time to decide what side you're on and start preparing because our Governments, collectively local and Federal, have sent a clear message that we are to do as we are told or else, and that is tyranny.
"Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security." - U.S. Declaration of Independence
