Storing bud in a cooler

If it cool outside then the cooler would stay cool. However it will get hot as hell inside if it’s hot. Why not store them in mason jars in a closet inside?
If I put a new freeze block in there like every two days wouldn’t that keep it cool?

I’d keep it separate from the freeze pak like in a mason jar or plastic would that keep it from molding? And I’m a sublet and my roommate/landlord doesn’t want it in the house.

The airtight cooler with an ice pack is no bueno. Look into something as airtight and "smell proof" keep it somewhere cool, dark, and doesnt have big swings in temp and humidity. Just tell mom to stay outta your shit.

I tried bro she doesn’t listen. If it was in glass, inside a waterproof bag and I changed the ice pack daily do you think humidity/temp changes would still be an issue? I feel like a $20 cooler would at least keep it below 70° No? but idk if the waterproof bag still protects against the condensation.

It sounds like you need to get some new room mates or a better hiding place. I would not recommend keeping it in a cooler outside. Just asking for more trouble.

If nothing else he should invest in smelly proof bags they work well too. But I smell nothing when in Jars with my boveda packs.

Keeping temps down by burying a five gallon bucket with a lid has been known to work , I hear tell,and the lids unburied so you can burp it , or so I have been told
