grow a seed thats not completely inbred and you wont have to worry about hermies. Hermies are only so prevalent because of all the shitty breeders not taking their time to select the right plants to breed and are just trying to push out as many seeds as possible to get money

I stress my plants all the time with little mishapps indoor an outdoor stresses like heat cold ect.
Only had one hermi an she didnt get stess at all.
Its mainly a genitic crap shoot, most plants wont hemi easlily...

well first it has to be old enought o release its pollen but you take it away from your females. Take a swob you know those things to clean your ears. U take that and collect pollen with it then rub it on your area of female plant. Be carefull put it just on a area or two and thats where your seeds will be. You have to do it when your female shows its female...thats how i was taught there im sure is other ways. But this way works. If you have plenty of females you can just pollenate a whole plant and get a ton of seeds....make sure you let the female mature long enough for the seeds to be mature...
