Strawberry Dream grow

She has about 10-12 that look just like that, I have a feeling they will be monster colas. How does the Pineapple chunk smoke?

Just the waiting game, fed night before last with some HF 5-8-4 and a EWC tea.

2 weeks from flip:

Wow that's a lot of flower 2 weeks from flip, I really hope I see something like that on my plant. My buds are still very immature, that looks great! Nice job. I will have to learn this LST.

dlftmyers: That Barney's Farm (Pineapple thing) is all the rage where I am now, everyone is talking about growing it. So sounds like a good choice!

hmm.. I really want to get a heavy indica going next, looking through my seeds they are all hybrids and most of them lean towards Sat.

All these guys putting up pics of their mainlining has got me thinking, maybe I can start my seeds early since the veg time will be so long. I have until mid to late sept before this one will be done, so it is 8-10 weeks. I would hate to find myself in a situation where I would be tempted to harvest early because I need the room.

That said, I was thinking about it, then I looked over at the solo cup I had tossed some clipping into, the damn things have roots so I need to decide if I want to grow them out, or if I should move forward on the seeds, or just sit and wait it out.

Anyone know how long I can keep some cuttings in a cup? They are getting more than enough light not to go into flowering.

hey hbbum have you considered hortilab starbud its about as indica as it gets & im pretty sure it comes in feminized seed form tga querkle would be a prime candicate but only comes in non feminized form & with only the capacity to do 1 plant at a time non feminized seeds wont work for you

Thanks, that is interesting indeed. Looking into it now, but more and more I am finding that even though I do not smoke it as fast as I grow it, space is a big issue for me. This is something I will need to remedy.

She is looking a little sad, pot was super light, I should have fed last night but I thought it could wait a bit. Watered with molasses. I also noticed the soil is compacted so I used a chopstick to loosen up a bit.

Already seeing the frost creeping out onto the leaves, couldn't really get a good shot though.

How do you loosen compacted soil like that without harming roots? That is something that I'd like to learn.

You don't need to go all virgin on prom night on her. :) I just poked around with some chopsticks a bit, I did give her a little water with super thrive afterwards, supposed to be good for stressed roots.

I was thinking of doing the same thing my soil seems to be compacted and I used extra perlite to? But i was scared i was going to damage the roots

I use a big screw driver and make holes down to the bottom every inch or two. I also rake the top 2" with a fork. After doing this aeration, the plant will take in water better and get more o2 at the roots. Makes a big difference from my experience.
