If the schedule is too far off use light dep (deprivation)
Some people get in trouble with light dep because they leave it covered all night instead of just covering it until dark. They get mold.
You are w good candidate because your plant is use to the sun so its already hardened off.
But, this may be more than you have time for so if you are even a little uncomfortable don't do it and just deal
With the mites inside.

I like the idea of putting it outside and leaving it. Lights on at 5:30 am and off 5:30 pm. It don't get dark around here to about 7:30.
I'm really just concerned about it going hermie, with putting it outside all day.

I do I'm talking about changing the light schedule strickly to the sun, would they be getting a full 12 hours of darkness or it don't matter because they so far in Flowering?

When I say light depRivation I mean this.
Since your plant is fairly small you could put up tarp made into a tent.
When you are ready for lights out put the tent on the plant. No light leaks either
But again
Don't leave it closed up all night
Or you risk mold.

Figure out what time first light happens where you are
12 hours later cover the plant.
Once it is dark uncover it.
Repeat until finished.
That way the light schedule wont change
There is a chance that eventually the natural light schedule would match up but i think you don't have much longer to go so I would just stick to the plan I laid out.

Appreciate you trying to help a brother out.
Get what you saying with the light dep, but might not work for me because I'm at work at night 4 days a week. Might just have to ride this out with these damn mites.
However, do you think I should at least take my plants outside during the day, if it would help with the mites or make it worst?
My plants are use to the sun, but before I knew I had spider mites and y'all told me I was db for taking it outside because of mites, I kind of slowed down on taking it outside. Only when I water. But now you making me feel it would be a good idea to go back to having them outside every day.
