I have a woman who I've done service work for over the last two years. Her husband and her have been remodeling their home since I have known her. I hadn't talked to her in about 6 montsh She called me up the other day and needed some assistance with her security cameras and she informed me that her husband has passed.
Since she only appeared to be in her early forties I was shocked that he died. I did some research online and I found out that her husband was a well respected M.D. in the area. There was nothing anywhere about the cause of death but I found a few blog posts saying he was not murdered as some people thought. I think that indicates a suicide.
My question is, what could motivate someone who had money, success, and a pretty wife to kill themselves? The next day I saw a guy sleeping next to a dumpster and I was wondering why he hasn't killed himself but a prominent doctor did. Not that I think the homeless guy should kill himself. It was just an example.
