Sun damage: What can do more damage to you're face a 400hps or the sun

If you ain't figured it yet, your eyes are the thing to watch and don't stare at your lamp ! I never thought hid hurt my eyes but after years and years I know it does. I wear sunglasses if I'm working most the time now. If not i can't see a thing for a few mins and that not seeing cannot be good, after years certainly not ! Protect your eyes !

My vision is screwed from welding 20 plus years and I have gotten many many sunburns from welding which are the worse lol
