Finally some relief, understanding, closure! I couldnt for the life of me figure out why my outdoor was doing so poorly. I knew it wasnt my nutes or watering schedule. I was just chocking it up to bad soil and too small of a hole. Well I went ahead and dug her up today, and lo and behold some cocksucking rodent ate all of her roots off from underneath!

This was all that was left of the roots when I pulled her out of the ground with one hand.

I dug down in the hole and found this lateral cave leading off under the fence to the neighbors. Fucking bastards! LOL Never again will I put a plant in the dirt, and this was my first! I've always grown in pots outdoors and here's reason number #X to continue using pots.

Whatever it was, I hope their system could deal with it and they choked & puked before kicking the bucket.

Was a big ass plant, too.

Hey Supchaka - That sucks so bad. You were growing a beast!

Put a cage around the inside of the hole next time. You are like the farmer that is always chasing the rabbits out of the garden :)

My tomatoes have mostly been eaten by the mocking birds. I was removing the half eaten fruit and then I started leaving it. They just keep eating the one that they started with and leave the others alone. We are sharing :)

It's not the first time a plant got eaten from below with no visible gopher holes. I've seen it twice before in my yard but still never even crossed my mind while she was dwindling away!

I have a bad ass pellet gun. One of those spring loaded 1200fps numbers. Alas there were no hole openings on my side of the yard.

So I zip stripped the outdoor girl. She had a ton of buds with some tric production going on so I figured I'd try and extract her anyways. If it sucks I only wasted a quart of iso.

It was too much material to process with dry ice or bho so I'm going for a never before attempted qqwiso. Spaghetti strainer, two paper towels, Pyrex dish and a quart of 91% rubbing alcohol.
