OK, there is cannabis sativa and there is cannabis indica; both at marijuana but each has it's own uniqueness. There is also ruderalis, a close relative of the two. Since they are the same species they can breed and reproduce and their offspring will exhibit traits particular to both the sativa and the indica. Don't worry about the shape of the fan leaves; you don't smoke them anyway. Trust me, the leaves on your plant look perfectly normal. The leaves of a pure indica are much broader and the leaves of a pure landrace sativa are much narrower. What you have is a sativa dominant strain and the leaves show it's sativa heritage.
