It's my first harvest so I have no clue to judge... I used to deal with alot medium size ketamine bags, so i can pretty much tell the biggest bud's weight by holding it, its' wet weight is around 50-60 grams i think.

Nice first crop Dude. Those are some sweet looking buds!! Depending on the strain and conditions, it takes about 4 ounces of wet buds to make one ounce of dry buds. And that does not count the Lincoln log stems inside the cola's either.
I really can not make a good estimate on the weight, because the photo was so dark. But you will at least get the 2 ounces you were hoping for.

I am with GoldDog. It can be depressing if you weight it wet and then when dry sometimes. The buds also shrink in size as well. Plus when you finish the curing you will be probably removing the Lincoln Logs. But I am sure you will be happy once you take that first puff on it.

thanks bros, actually I dont worry about the quantity any more since I was only expecting 2oz before the harvest, and seems the average of all your guesstimates is above that. now I'm more concern about its' quality, it looks pretty potent now, I just wish I can cure it properly that turns out better than some street dope.

no doubt when i first started i made the mistake of weighing it wet, made me sick when it dried never again after that now i can look at it and get within 4 or 5 grams

yup if you weigh it wet you can usually expect around 20-30% of the wet weight depending on density and what not thats a pretty good guesstimate to stick with though.

hahaha.... I appreciate that but I don't think that I am already an awsome grower or even an experienced grower, not untill successfully harvest a big load of dense buds from next round... and no it's not dried out yet, it has been hung for about a week and I might just jar em tomorrow. It shrinked a lot compare to the size before I hung it, and I'd say it'll weight somewhere between 2.5-2.8 oz after the whole curing process, I'll let u know

Just had to say it..... growing a plant to that size.... imagine if you had the right "tools" blows the mind. My first grow I had everything and still managed to fuck it up. Ive just learned to keep it real simple.... I tried hydro and RAN back to dirt its just easier for a stoner like me lol but still compliments on the grow bud.

haha... actually I fucked up my "real" 1st grow too.... I didn't know a shit about how to grow pot, so I followed the instructions that I found online strictly, which says "it takes 3-5 days to germinate marijuana seeds", so I placed all my expensive seeds on a piece of wet paper towel that's covered up in between 2 plates and patiently waited for 3 days, then when I open up, the seeds are already germinated too much (about 2'' long and even have yellowish leaves).... I rushed em into soil with party cups under light but they died the next day.....6 white russian seedlings and 3 other strains seedlings......I still regret now...

SHrooms are even worse : P they like 80% water.... NEVER BUY WET SHROOMS/EXTRA STICKY BUDS... you just waste your money getting a fraction of what you pay for.

LOL, yeah I am impatient. I'm the type of person who will smoke SOME of my buds before they're even done curing, if I don't got the cash to buy some, and my freinds are being queer and won't smoke me out.
