Taking clones from a pollinated flowering plant day 35?

On time I pulled a tiny popcorn cola off that bottom of my plant during around day 30 of flowering. I simply pulled it off by hand and threw it in the dirt. A few weeks later I noticed it sitting in the dirt. I thought one of roommates came in and was fucking with plant. I thought a bud had fallen off into the dirt. Then when I went to pic it up it was rooted in the soil. I was like wtf.......? That has never happened again tho. Pretty sure it was Holy Grail Kush. Pulling off miracles and shit.

Ok, so I do have a good amount of experience on this, every year, my buddy has a huge ass outdoor grow op, and he is always throwing random ass strains up there, anyways, he isn't even a smoker, and doesn't care about anything except $$, but what I do, is about 20-35 days in, I go and check out all the flowering ladies to see if anything catches my eye, oftentimes I find some interesting phenos, so I take cuts, three of each, and you absolutely CAN take cuts from flowering moms, even WAY into flowering BUT.... it can take up to a month to actually get them to reveg, and often about 20 days to get them to root, sometimes longer.
but they will easily live, I've never had a cutting that rooted, actually die.
Just a LONG ass time in between.
I have three special phenos that I preserved doing that.
But what about if it was pollinated?
Will it finish the seeds then go back into veg
Or will it say fuck the seeds
Or will it die all together?

I might have accidentally pollinated a flowering plant and I really want to save the pheno.

I was planning on taking a clone but was delayed and when I went to cut some clones I found a few undeveloped seeds near the bottom of the plant.

Has anyone ever cloned a pollinated, flowering plant? Will the clones have seeds?
Reveg the whole plant if you like. Can take cuttings once reverted after six weeks or so.
