Tasty GM crops, or insecticides... you decide

The point is simple. You cannot show a single case of Monsanto doing what you "hate."

So, what the f..?

I have seen a few cases and they are very clearly to me larcenous. Some one is cheating on a contract. And as usual the facts get mixed up, in the drooling Organic Press...on purpose, you dupes.

In fact, as part of a case the court did indeed order the corn tested. But, that is not how your King Fools play it.

This guy thought he was smart with the grain silo presto chango, but he is a stupid criminal, as they usually are. Court ordered DNA testing. Woops, didn't think of that.

And there are cases, similar in spirit to the Westly Snipe, 16 A is invalid, now I'm in jail. Organic collective weirdos talking bullshit theory to the old farmer.

This royalty program serves to limit the spread of the corn, but you droids don't get it and you are so dishonest with yourselves.

Monsanto is one of Obama's biggest supporters......he's never met a corporate lobbyist he didn't like......

Four of Obama's five advisors on science come from the life sciences. They include Gilbert Omenn, a director of the biotech firm Amgen, and Sharon Long who until a year ago was on the board of directors at Monsanto. Sharon Long: Recently stepped down as dean of Stanford University's School of Humanities & Science to return to her research on the symbiosis of soil bacteria with alfalfa. Long resigned last year from the Board of Directors of Monsanto, an agricultural biotechnology corporation. A former MacArthur Fellow, Long is a member of the leadership council of the National Academy of Sciences. She has contributed to both Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.

the revolving door between monsanto and the government is another reason to handle their claims with a bit of caution. good point JJ.

I'm sure they also contributed heavily to the Republicans too........they like to play both sides against the middle.....it's the corporate way......

The Uni-Party???? LOL! Bravo. Best yet. All the folks that think we need a 3 party system, think we have a 2 party system.

Very good. I approve this message.

Here's what my chickens eat.........you are what your animals eat......NO GMO's.......fuck Monsanto....

since Monsanto can't tell who is doing it intentionally or not......they sue them all.....Monsanto has plenty of money for lawyers, the small farmers don't, and they know it.....

No, they don't. They only sue the ones who are stealing their patented GM corn.

You guys....I swear you will wake up as you grow up. It is all that and it is a good thing. These doors revolve all over.

And when you see Al Gore, oh that's OK. Peace on the Planet. Carbon Credit Traders have good hearts.

Then when we see Chenny went to straighten out Hailiburton, the hippies are appalled. This is a strategic defense firm that is no-bid. It needs a Dick Chenny.

Carbon Traders good. Botany Genetics is bad. Stupid hippies.

actually I tend to lean republican on most issues......I just can't stand Monsanto....yes I'm old enough to be an original hippy........

See I knew it. Man, we fucked it up. I am here to pay forward some of the things I have learned, by force of Nature.

More like, came to my senses. I look a lot like that without the beard. :)

I never could grow one, but had hair to the waist for years. Cool hat.

That does not cite your claim at all. Your claim was that Monsanto was going through seed silos and after you contracted with them they stopped spyin on you.

That story is about accidental pollination of others crops.

This from Monsanto, in your link:

Tom Helscher, director of Corporate Affairs at Monsanto, stated in an email to The Times: “As we have stated clearly, Monsanto never has and has committed it never will sue a farmer if our patented seed or traits are found in his field as a result of inadvertent means. Shortly after OSGTA filed their lawsuit last year, Monsanto communicated directly to counsel for OSGTA that ‘Monsanto is unaware of any circumstances that would give rise to any claim for patent infringement or any lawsuit against your clients. Monsanto therefore does not assert and has no intention of asserting patent-infringement claims against your clients.’ It is our view that there is no real controversy between parties and the case should be dismissed. Our motion to dismiss the case was the subject of the hearing on January 31. The court will decide the issue on its merits and we are confident about our legal and practical stance.”

the problem is, the farmers have to foot the bill to prove it was 'inadvertent'..........asshole Monsanto has deep pockets.....most organic farmers are barely getting by. Monsanto uses "patient lawyers" to stamp out the completion....the little guy........
