ya for sure crazy rates are definitelybetter. my ccredit is pretty much neutral still ive never taken loans out or financed anything, so I'm not sure how that reflects on gettinf a loan. I can't see it being great.

Get your uncle to say in writing, txt, email, voicemail saying that he acknowledges you gave him money for the taxes for the lot and I honestly feel youll win your case.

If the $ was for taxes and went to ANYTHING besides the taxes, then id take him to court. Whats going on with all this as of now?
