It's been awhile. Hello to everyone I know and those who I never met before. Feel free to post whatever you'd like questions or comments. This thread is for my new grow and serve very useful to me in keeping notes and pictures. As a matter of fact I had to dig up all my pics online because I don't think I have any working hard drive with photo albums. I always seem to break computers and get new pretty frequently. If it isn't physical it's some software or virus issue. I just broke my wifes laptop the other day with water-Goddamnit, I'll never hear the end of this one!
Anyways, I am back from a hiatus from growing as I was sorting shit out and the last grow which I have no photo documentation was mostly just for testing and seed making which wasn't too eventful or successful in the bud department but was an experience anyways. I kind of thought the CO scene would be different when I heard of the legalization, but prices are still high and the quality of the buds I'm coming across, while slightly improving already IME, aren't what I would consider worth the $. Maybe when they're offering long flowering sativas and amazing exclusive strains grown organically I could see spending $20-$30 a gram on some herb every now and then but this is not the 1990's anymore and I'm not a naive teenager nor do have to deal with the risk of getting caught with it. It has to settle down sometime you would think but the demand seems to be high and the tax is crippling so black market purchases aren't worth it to not grow yet.
So yeah now I'm sitting on my last bowl-some pretty good "triple diesel". I freaking love all the chem family stuff, and even if I had plenty of weed, I'd still be sad if I was smoking my last bowl of sour D or OG kush. White people problems right? Which brings me to my current grow. Kind of a mixed bag of seeds from my grows, strains I want to "work" with and seeds that I didn't intentionally create. I know the pitfalls of hermies and fem seeds and don't want to propagate them, but I know some of the best weed tends to throw nanners and without them we'd have no OG, sour d, S1s and many elite clone only varieties. Plus I can learn a lot about my gardens and the traits they passed onto their offspring and what's worth growing more of.
To make sure I didn't end up with shit I planted a lot seeds and varieties which is what I like to do anyways but having no weed contributed to my desire for a stash jar of some kind lol. Also, I have so many seeds/projects in mind but maybe I bit off a little more than I chew this time. I will fine tune everything as I go and will likely have to stagger them somehow to make stuff work for me. I don't even know the full laws yet so I have to find out more info before I flower. Every adult is allowed six plants under Colorado law, but is that 3 in flower per person like the medical was, or do they just count the flowering plants now? What about males and seedlings and clones, what is the ruling on that? With my roomates and all I'm good to go right now but I need some clarification.

Really looking for something special out of these varieties. I have been planning this one for a while and would like to have some hp13 experience and seeds to pheno hunt with. Plus the Sour P alone has had great reviews from trustworthy sources even claims it's better than HP13.
here's my bro's sourp. Look at how thai it looks! If is indeed thai x indica like seedfinder suggests and the cut Resin seeds and hopefully TH Seeds used in their lines most definately has some thai in it I'd say. It explains the long flowering times listed by the breeders even when crossed to a indica like PG13 is. I love this plant of his not so much the pic.
and here's a pic of bodhi's HP13 x '88 G13 I grew a while back for some comparisons. These unfortunately never made it to flower.

Made by motarebel I believe? I got them as freebies from Sannie's but could be F2s as far as I know. I gave my bro one his was male 1 didn't sprout, 1 germinated but was unable to establish itself and died, and out of the 2 healthy sprouts one was a mutant. I had never seen a plant grow like this, it grew the first leaves but it didn't grow a tip. So there was nowhere for new growth to come from. No budsites or branches nothing. I let it go but it was clear by the time the other plant was growing it's 3rd set of nodes and it was just 2 leaves on a stick I wasn't going to get anywhere with this. Here's the soul survivor.
Double Purple Doja reversed x Black Rose x Romulan
Here's my ongoing project that started out on accident. While making sure my romulan seeds took, I inadvertently pollinated my DPD/Black rose plant. I have been on the hunt for a blackberry dominant or a purple romulan or something that stands out from these. The name pretty much sums it up. I was surprised when I grew the F1s out that none of them were purple at all. They seemed to smell and grow more like the DPR as I call it. They were pretty stable I was happy with that. I grew 6 and got 3 males and 3 females. One male was a little runty and I didn't keep him and the remaining 2 males pollinated the best female based on the smell and structure too actually. I know it's a small pool but I'm hoping the purple is recessive and want to see what these are capable of before proceeding. I still got plenty of F1s and F2 now so can always look for more parents as well.
This DPR was grown by a friend, but I gave him the cut which is what I grew from seed and pollinated.

Blueberry and OG18 crosses
I had no interest in OG Kush until I grew a freebie of this and was sold. OG18 #1 back 3 or 4 years ago didn't yield anything. But it was so good I didn't care. Very much like sour d and probably my fault for giving it a spot with out much light since I thought it was hype. It and my Yummy Blueberry were slightly pollinated and may have been pollinated by a hermi or my romulan. Here's hoping there are males so I can be sure, but the 2 varieties that threw nanners in the grow are pretty distinct and should show themselves I think. Besides everything OG and Blueberry touch is legendary so I'm gonna see what they have for me. The larger seedlings already stink which is a good sign.
This is the more recent grow of OG#18. There is no question it came from a male flower on a fem plant. I think it's probably from purple urkle S1 but could also be from itself as there were some nanners at harvest but it was the best smoke I ever grown up there with any I've smoked before ever. The yield was better too I got 2 ounces which is about standard for me.
Than I got some other random seeds that will be discussed more as they develop. I hope these pics come out I haven't posted in a while. I'm really excited to get back at it and be growing something unique that I have helped exist. Now we wait.
