Speaking as someone that actually lives in Texas and has been doing this for more years than i can remember, I must say you are wrong. I start throwing seeds out in march and early april, long before the seedling killing heat starts. The first few years, I would drive around and see if anything was growing. I saw plants growing. I never went back to try and harvest. I thought it might be too risky.

I dont just plant around town. I go for drives in the dirt road parts of the county and am able to pick locations that are secluded, a little shaded, and preferably near a creek so the roots can find water. So please dont tell what cant be done unless you have lived here and tried it.

Uh, I do live here. I just don't go all out of my way to plant pot for other people to harvest.

Lol my bad i was ripped...i think they are crampin our 40 dollar ounce's style. they are all crap now..no freashy tastys around our parts(we know of anyway.)

Oh and Who is growing the hermi Buds??????? like for real Ive gotten 2 purps, a og,a big bud, and someother smoke over the year.
I saved the pollen, do you think its any good? also a seed out a hermi gram, bad ass smoke bytheway. but who is growing hermi?
or are they just self pollenating? WHY?? idk ima grow it any way one day i feel the gene pool is lacking.

hermi seeds can be great if you watch them like a fuckin' hawk and are LUCKY. it's one thing if you know the mother plant and she threw one set of nanners, it's quite another if if came from a full blown hermi you didn't see...i wish i had day by day shots of a couple of herms that i've seen...luckily not any that i've seen lately.

i've seen every bud on a plant start throwing them, and i don't mean one nanna. we are talking full-on reversal....worse the neighbors that were perfect....seed bag!!!

watch yourself with easy short cuts. sometimes they are the LONG way around. :eyesmoke:

strangest plant ever for sure.. Can we breed out the hermi to get a line of femed seeds? Thats why i saved it, thinking i could fem the purple mexican with hx & xx pollen.

you seem like you REALLY want to use it. did you grow the plant? if the answer is yes, how many male flowers and when did they happen? if they happened early and it wasn't due to fuckups like bad light cycles definitely throw that shit away. if you fuct the light cycle or had bad temp spikes, or fuct the pH bad they still may be OK, BUT IN GENERAL THROW THAT HERMIE SHIT AWAY!!! it fucks you and the next guy or gal who trys to grow good weed.

I've never had a single herm, but I grow from clones, exclusively. Helps if your original mothers are well established shite.
