I saw a receipt from a Denver shop, $440 oz, $76 of those dollars were in tax. (

Now, compare this to medical prices where you can get very high quality oz at $160 on special, $200 normally or so with way less tax. I voted no on the tax values, but yes on A64. This is purely a tax on tourists as residents will apply for red cards under non verifiable chronic pain conditions, have a friend that grows, or buy off craigstlist from the same guy over and over when they find someone they like.
Then again my age demographic (late 20's) does not have the same mentality that a 50yr old may have when it comes to the convenience of walking in a safe, generally decent product, shop.
