Well try this first instead:

Close out your pic software. Goto Start, My Computer, and then whatever one is your camera (like E: or F: drive). Click on it and it should open a regular folder with all the pics on your camera. You might have to navigate through a few folders to get to your pics.

Once you're there you can drag the pics over to your My Pictures folder on your pc (which is what I do cause I'm old school), and make different folders obviously. Or drag them to your desktop to find them easily when uploading later.

I think you can actually just browse to them on the camera through the Manage Attachments interface, but I'm not sure as I haven't tried it on the new RIU yet. It's always slower this way though. If you copy them to your hard drive first they'll upload much quicker.

This is assuming that your camera isn't set to save the pics in this format from the start. I don't see how it could, but I'm no photography major!

I used the browse method and copied some pix to my hard drive manually. Unfortunately, they were already in the JPEG Image format. I guess the camera is doing it. I'm going to read the manual and see if there's a way to change that. Thanks for the help anyway, d.c.

Man, I am losing it over not being able to upload pix here. I tried putting my pix into Paint and saving them as .png files. They still won't upload. Today, I saved a pic that another user had attached to one of their posts. It worked for them, so it should work for me. Didn't work. I just keep getting the exclamation mark next to the file name. So frustrating. I wish I knew what that exclamation mark is meant to tell you. It doesn't have a readable tool tip.

try converting your pictures there (i personally have never used that site but it sounds like there's something weird going on in your computer so converting them online might help)

My outdoor plants are starting to get webs of some kind on them..will this turn into a big problem?

yes it can and will if you dont now whats making the web...spider or spider mite...

I dont see any spiders..I dont have any neem oil though. Anything else I can use? Maybe vinegar diluted with water and sprayed on the leafs?

a 5% solution of dish soap and water in sprayer bottle will zap those mites.
If the plants are in the sun, wait until just before night, spray, let sit for 5 minutes and then rinse. Make sure you coat the underneaths of the leaves with the solution, that is where most are hiding and eating your plant alive.

You don't want to leave soapy water on plants, the soap will act like magnifier glass and burn your plants so dont do in full sun and don't forget to rinse.

I use Sevin Dust.Can be found anywhere.Discontinue at 6 weeks.At 6 weeks everything that gets on my plants passes out.
