This is for those friends who have asked.
I dont pretend myself to be and expert, This is what works for me and for those who know me and have asked well... Here it is.
In 3- 30 gallon totes I mix the following...
1- 3.8 cf. block of promix bx. (split between the 3 totes)
2- 20lb bags mushroom compost per tote
1- 20lb bag of earthworm castings (split between the 3 totes)
This is my base/topping mix.
Now for the bottom dress/super soil.....
In 1 of the 3 totes I add the following...
2 cups blood meal
2 cups bone meal
1 cup bat guano (mexican 10-0-0)
1 cup micos30 (xtreme gardening mycohorizzaha+organic ferts)
1/8 cup lime
Wet the super soil tote to dampen and mix well. Let it set and turn for at least 2 months.
I put 1/4 of the super soil in the bottom of each 7 gallon pot and the rest is filled with my base soil from the other 2 totes.
I water with plain water only during veg. and then with a compost tea of mushroom compost and Indonesian bat guano (1-9-2) during flower simply because it is hard to sustain enough food during flowering when the plants have had just about all they can get from the base/super soil.
